We’ve all been there. At some point in our lives we’ve all needed reassurance we’re making the right decisions following a situation or experience, help to cope with OCD, anxiety, stress, fears and phobias or to let go of limiting thoughts and beliefs that do not benefit us.

My name is Karen Hoad and I’m a qualified and experienced Emotional Healing & Wellbeing Practitioner. My training has taught me that negative feelings and emotions always have a root cause. It’s not necessarily what you think it is!
I use Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) & Counselling sessions to help:
Release you gently from events, situations and beliefs that negatively influence how you deal with the world and regulate emotion
Give you clarity about how you can achieve your personal goals
Change the way you respond to situations for the better
I also teach Reiki and run Workshops based around healing, limiting beliefs and self-development.
